Win Big is a citywide initiative hosted by Small Shops Big Hearts designed to encourage folks to shop at local PDX retailers, track their visits through the Win Big app, and earn raffle entries for exciting prizes. My role focused on driving awareness and engagement through a targeted organic campaign and promotion of weekly giveaways. This was done by creating highly shareable content and increasing reach to non-followers.

The campaign lasted from Nov 14-Dec 15 2024. Our primary platforms for this campaign were Instagram + Facebook.

The campaign delivered significant growth across all key social media metrics when compared to the previous 30 days, demonstrating strong organic engagement. Total impressions surged by 122%, reaching 50,756 impressions, with organic efforts driving 95.3% of this growth. Content interactions, including likes, comments, shares, and saves, rose by 381% to 2,368 total interactions throughout the course of the campaign.

During the campaign, our content reached 16,781 total accounts. Our reach to followers increased by 22.5%, while reach to non-followers saw an even more impressive 45.7% rise, highlighting the campaign's effectiveness in attracting new audiences.
