DL Freight Solutions, an innovative freight brokerage firm based out of Nevada, was looking to strengthen its LinkedIn presence as part of its broader communications strategy. Our goal was to maximize engagement and drive meaningful interactions, setting an ambitious target of a 10% engagement rate—far exceeding the industry average range of 1.5–3.5%. Additionally, we aimed to maintain a strong click-through rate (CTR) while fostering organic growth in followers and profile visits.

The results were impressive: The 10% engagement target was met on several high-performing posts, and the quarterly average reached 7.34%—more than double the industry benchmark. Similarly, our CTR averaged 2.31%, placing us at the top end of the industry average 0.5–2.5% range. We received 264K total impressions and though that number dipped by 15% compared to the previous quarter, reactions surged by 29%, showing us that we effectively tailored the content to our target audience, improving engagement quality significantly.

Beyond engagement metrics, the strategy drove tangible page growth: page views rose by 15%, unique visitors increased by 29%, and new followers jumped by 52% compared to the previous quarter’s growth. By prioritizing relevance and quality in content creation, we not only met key benchmarks but also laid the groundwork for sustained community building.
